Return eligibility
Request your return within 30 days after delivery. Jewelry must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to return your item
- Email contact@diamondscity.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Wait for approval. We will provide a prepaid return label, the return address and packing instructions.
- Pack your item securely and follow those instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted.
Approved return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
We inspect returned items and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund.
Exchanges
Request a return, then place a separate order for your replacement after the return is accepted.
